Anonymous uploaded files may be automatically deleted after session completion, inactivity, or system cleanup.

For free and anonymous users, files may be automatically removed after processing, download completion, inactivity, browser session termination, or within a limited retention period.

For registered and paid users, files may remain available according to subscription storage limits and retention policies.

We reserve the right to remove inactive or expired content for security, operational, or storage management purposes.

These providers may process limited data necessary to operate the platform.

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment gateways. We do not store full payment card information on our servers.

However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

You agree not to use DocumentStamp for illegal activities, fraudulent documents, identity impersonation, malware distribution, copyright infringement, harmful content, abusive content, or unauthorized access attempts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded content. By uploading content, you grant DocumentStamp a limited license to process, store, generate, and deliver files solely for service functionality.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal rights to upload and use submitted content.

You may request account or data deletion subject to legal obligations, security investigations, fraud prevention requirements, and backup retention periods.

Some temporary backup copies may persist for a limited duration.

DocumentStamp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, permanent storage, or compatibility with all systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocumentStamp shall not be liable for data loss, business interruption, indirect damages, lost profits, unauthorized access, or third-party misuse.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
