Features may vary depending on account type or subscription plan.

Users are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting login credentials, and all activities performed under their account.

We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or violations.

Paid plans may include usage limits, storage limits, team features, API access, and premium functionality.

Subscription pricing may change at any time with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in feature restrictions or account suspension.

Free or anonymous users may have restrictions including limited document processing, limited storage, limited seal uploads, auto-deletion policies, and reduced feature access.

These limits may change without notice.

You are solely responsible for uploaded materials. You agree not to upload illegal content, copyright-infringing material, fraudulent documents, malicious software, harmful content, or abusive content.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict content at our discretion.

We may modify features, add or remove functionality, perform maintenance, restrict access temporarily, or suspend services without prior notice.

Users may not reverse engineer the platform, attempt unauthorized access, bypass limitations, abuse APIs, use automation to overload systems, or circumvent security protections.

Violation may result in permanent bans and legal action.

All platform software, branding, UI, infrastructure, and technology remain the property of DocumentStamp.

Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee legal validity of stamped documents, acceptance by governments or institutions, error-free operation, or continuous uptime.

Users are responsible for verifying generated documents before official use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DocumentStamp shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, business losses, revenue loss, service interruptions, or unauthorized user actions.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service during the previous 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate access if terms are violated, abuse is detected, fraudulent activity occurs, or system security is threatened.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted digital service and online platform practices applicable within relevant jurisdictions.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
